Livin on the Edge
Battle of Nubian ibexes on the edge of the precipice, with the beautiful background of the desert mountains of Zin, Israel. Du- ring the mating season, the males’ fur becomes darker in certain areas such as the chest and legs, their neck muscles thicken and they fight for the right to mate with the females.The battle u- sually begins with a display of the horns while tilting the head to the sides. Less than 2.500 ibexes to remain in the wild.
